The project was designed in 2018 and constructed in 2019-2020.  The project involved construction of a new Middle School that connects to the Okoboji Community School District’s existing High School campus in Milford, Iowa.  Beck Engineering, Inc. completed the civil engineering and surveying services for the project. The civil site work included site grading, clearing and grubbing, construction of two wetlands, sidewalk construction, parking lot paving, storm sewer improvements, water service line, sanitary sewer construction, erosion control, and other related items of work.
