This project included civil site design, landscaping and irrigation for Northwest Bank’s Corporate office in Spencer, IA. Completed in 2020, the project included site grading, new parking lots, pedestrian circulation, utilities, drainage, over 2,400 trees, shrubs, and perennials. Dominated by native prairie grasses, the design prioritized low maintenance plantings placed to complement the style of the architecture and beautify the main points of entry. Drip irrigation was utilized in planting beds to avoid water loss, and rotor sprays were installed in lawn areas to accommodate expansive areas of sod.
