The project involves site grading, construction of stormwater wetlands, construction of storm sewer, construction of a sanitary sewer main, construction of a sanitary sewer lift station, construction of a water main, construction of a new concrete street, and other related improvements for a new Industrial Park in Estherville, Iowa.  The project was designed in 2019 and Phase I was constructed in 2021/2022.
