This multi-phase project involved the design, survey, supervision of bid letting, contract administration, construction staking, and inspection of recreational trail on the former rail road bed from Highway 86 to the Lake Park in Dickinson County, Iowa.  The project was jointly funded by a Federal Recreational Trails Grant, an Okoboji Foundation Grant, and Dickinson County Trails Board funding.  The project was designed in 2020 and constructed in 2021.
