The project was designed in 2021 with construction completed in the spring of 2022.  The project involved the reconstruction of Roosevelt Avenue from East Main Street to Magnetic Avenue in the City of Cherokee.  Work included the reconstruction of the existing street, storm sewer and water main upgrades, sanitary sewer improvements, ADA accessible sidewalks and paved driveways.  The project was partially funded by State of Iowa funding through the Iowa Department of Transportation.
