The project was designed in 2021 and 2022, with the project being separated into five divisions with phased construction in 2022 and continuing into 2023. The project involved roadway reconstruction, parking lot improvements and drop-off lane construction.

Beck Engineering, Inc. completed the landscape architecture, civil engineering, and surveying services for the project. Landscape architecture work included master planning, 3D renderings, planting schedules, beautification, retaining walls and signage design. Civil site work included site grading, water main and drainage improvements, roadway and parking lot paving with sidewalk and ADA improvements, and other related items or work.
