Multiple phases of The Berkley Heights residential development were constructed to provide both single family and multi-family housing in Spirit Lake, Iowa. This project included the construction of water main, sanitary sewer, site grading, stormwater detention pond, storm sewer and a concrete street. Tucked in behind the Highway 9/71 hub on Spirit Lake business this residential development provides residents access to the vast trails system with the adjacent Berkley Heights Spirit Lake Noon Kiwanis Trail that runs adjacent along the development.
