Beck Engineering, Inc. (BEI) is proud to earn three national honors from PSMJ Resources in 2026. Most notably, BEI received the AEC Circle of Excellence Award for the ninth consecutive year. In addition, BEI achieved Platinum Circle of Excellence status for the sixth straight year.

BEI was also named the No. 1 firm among the 10 recipients of PSMJ’s 2026 AEC Employer of Choice Award.

AEC Circle of Excellence Award: BEI Recognized for 9th Consecutive Year

The AEC Circle of Excellence Award recognizes architecture and engineering firms that demonstrate exceptional business performance.

Specifically, PSMJ evaluates firms across several critical business metrics. These include sustainable growth, employee retention, overhead management, cash flow, profitability, and business development.

For BEI, the 2026 award marks nine consecutive years in the AEC Circle of Excellence. As a result, this recognition demonstrates a consistent commitment to strong performance and sustainable growth.

Platinum Circle of Excellence for the 6th Straight Year

In addition, BEI achieved Platinum Circle of Excellence status for the sixth consecutive year.

The Platinum designation recognizes firms that have earned Circle of Excellence honors in at least four of the past five years. Therefore, the designation highlights firms that demonstrate consistent, long-term success.

Six consecutive years of Platinum status reflect BEI’s focus on strong business fundamentals. More importantly, that foundation allows us to continue investing in our employees, clients, and communities.

BEI Named No. 1 PSMJ AEC Employer of Choice

BEI was named the No. 1 firm among the 10 recipients of PSMJ’s 2026 AEC Employer of Choice Award.

This marks BEI’s fifth AEC Employer of Choice Award, with previous recognition in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024. However, 2026 marks the first time BEI has earned the No. 1 ranking among the award recipients.

PSMJ bases the AEC Employer of Choice Award on the results of a 45-factor employee survey. The survey examines how firms engage, develop, encourage, and support their employees. It includes feedback from architects, engineers, non-technical staff, and managers.

For BEI, this recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects feedback from our own team. Moreover, it reinforces our continued commitment to creating opportunities and building a workplace where employees can learn, grow, and succeed.
