John has been with Beck Engineering, Inc. since 2005 and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Iowa. John is involved with project planning and virtual site design. John’s experience includes the design of low impact development, recreational trails, streets, curb and gutter, sidewalks, water main, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewer, detention ponds, site grading, parking lots, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, wastewater lagoons, residential developments, and commercial developments.

John has completed various projects ranging from basic site plans to complete subdivision design. A few projects John has worked on in the past include the City of Spencer North School Park Sidewalk Improvements, the City of Spirit Lake 15th Street Reconstruction Project, the City of Orleans 252nd Avenue Reconstruction Project, the City of Spirit Lake Zenith Avenue Re-alignment, the Lakes Regional Healthcare Parking Lot and Drainage Improvements, the City of Spencer West View Park Sidewalk Improvements, the City of Spirit Lake East Lake Industrial Park, City of Okoboji Echo Bay PCC Paving and Bioretention Cell Project, the Historic Arnolds Park, Inc.
